18 years old, and relative substantial plastic surgery. Is this the trend these days?

My girlfriend is 18 years old, actually 17 just a couple of months ago. She wants to have surgery done to her nose (to be completely straight and narrowed in the front), surgery to the gums (mouth) in order to make all teeth appear larger, surgery to her breast to make them firmer and larger (not very large, just a bit more), and finally; to her buttocks to firm up and make them larger and rounder.

Is this amount of plastic surgery the trend for 18 years old? I have some understanding for her nose thing, but otherwise she is just fine. I mean, above average looking; height 5.5 and weight 110. Her hair is amazing; healthy looking straight blue/black hair down to her hips. Anyway, what do you think?

for an 18 year old to get that done all at once is CRAZY. i am 14 and want a nose job...but when i get it done in a few years im not gonna get all of that other stuff done too. i'm gonna stick to ONLY what i wanted. those dr.s try to talk everyone into more surgery when they go in 4one thing. dnt let it work for her.

its alittle sick i know, but whats the real deal, i mean, if it makes the person more comfortable in there own skin then go for it. It may be shallow, but thats the world we live in.
