i will be happy if someone would tell me which hairtyle would suit me and other things i could change in my clothing and face (glasses) which makes me look cool.

I think that you should grow out your hair. I kinda like the hairstyle you picked too. You have to stop squinting your eyes so much. You should also get contacts and wear some cool clothes. I am not sure what kind of gel you should use but I think the Garnier Fructise should work. But the best thing to change is to make you more confident and comfortable in your own skin.
