Okay, so, you say you hate fake people. the classic stereotype: blonde, orange, hollister hoe, you might wonder something like, why do they fall into that? well in my opinion, look at yourselves. are we really that much more "real" than they are? To me, if something isnt real, its fake. so, makeup. your face, is fake. its not your real self. but ofcourse thats what a girls going to naturally do because everyone around her is wearing makeup and dying their hair. I mean, cumon. it cant just be a "coincidence" that millions of girls like the exact same style and attitude. But i have a dream that one day all girls wont be afraid to show their true selves. I think that all the girls that have to have this and that and follow the latest trend, are doing it because they're afraid of what people will think of them if they were anything else. So how are we going to teach our kids that everything that is already out in the world doesnt matter for who they are?When will being real be acceptable?

i read your question and disagreed, then i read the details and i still don't see how not liking (i refrain from the word hate) fake people makes someone a hypocrite.

Saying someone is FAKE is generally meaning they're ACTING fake - nothing to do with how they look. We don't call a girl fake because she wears makeup - we call her fake because she says one thing to your face then another behind your back, or says she does something to impress you but never had any intention of doing it.

So I'm quite happy to say I don't like fake people - and YES i wear makeup and NO I'm not a hypocrite!!

no. they are different things. you are mixing them up. makeup does not make someone a fake and whoever said blonde and hollister is fake? its just an opinion, just something that people over the years have molded into. calling someone "fake" could be calling their personality fake, not necessarily their appearance. but who cares what people thinks? they are all opinions. its those things that get in our way.
